At Rebbel, we value transparency and fairness. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to all terms mentioned below.
Payment Methods Accepted
Rebbel currently accepts ONLY the following payment methods:
Prepaid Orders – Full payment made online at checkout
Cash on Delivery (COD) – Full payment collected at the time of delivery
No other payment methods are supported.
1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted only if all conditions below are met.
Eligibility Conditions
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed
Original tags and packaging must be intact
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are NOT eligible for return:
Worn, washed, stained, or damaged products
Products without original tags or packaging
All discounted, sale, promotional, or coupon-applied items (FINAL SALE)
Any product purchased at a discounted price or under an offer is considered a FINAL SALE.
Return Process
Email support@iamrebbel.com with your Order ID and reason for return
Once approved, ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost
Share courier tracking details with our team
🚫 Returns sent without prior approval will be rejected.
Refund Method & Timeline
Prepaid Orders: Refund to the original payment method
COD Orders: Refund issued as STORE CREDIT ONLY
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after quality inspection.
2. Size Exchange Policy
We offer size exchange only, subject to availability.
Conditions
Exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
Exchange allowed ONLY for the same product
🚫 No product, color, or design changes
🚫 No exchanges on discounted or sale items
Exchange Process
Email support@iamrebbel.com with Order ID and required size
Ship the product to our warehouse at your own cost
After inspection, the replacement size will be dispatched
📦 Rebbel bears the shipping cost of the replacement item only
If the returned product fails inspection, the exchange request will be rejected and the item will not be returned.
Out-of-Stock Size
If the requested size is unavailable:
Prepaid Orders: Refund to original payment method
COD Orders: Store credit issued
3. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive an incorrect product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Email support@iamrebbel.com with clear photos and details
Resolution
Free replacement, or
Full refund if replacement is unavailable
✅ No courier cost will be charged to the customer
4. Damaged Product or Missing Item
A continuous unboxing video is mandatory.
Mandatory Evidence
The video must clearly show:
Sealed package
Full unboxing process
Damage or missing item
Email the video within 48 hours of delivery.
🚫 Claims without an unboxing video will be rejected without exception.
Resolution
Damaged product: Replacement or full refund
Missing item: Reshipment or full refund if unavailable
5. RTO (Return to Origin) Policy
Orders returned due to:
Refusal to accept delivery
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
Non-response to courier calls or delivery attempts
will be treated as Customer-Initiated RTOs.
RTO Rules
🚫 No refund or store credit will be issued for Prepaid & COD orders
🚫 Shipping and logistics costs are non-recoverable
🚚 Reshipment allowed only with prepaid shipping charges
📦 Courier remarks will be treated as final evidence
Important Notes
COD refunds are issued only as store credit
All returns and exchanges are subject to quality inspection
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
Sale items are FINAL SALE
