Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard Shipping — FREE

We currently ship only within India.

Delivery Time

After your order is shipped:

Metro & Tier 1 cities: 3–5 business days
Other locations: 5–7 business days
Remote locations may take longer.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by holidays, launches, weather or unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be sent to your registered email and/or mobile number.

Delivery & RTO

Our delivery partner generally makes up to 2 delivery attempts.

Orders returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, customer unavailability or failure to respond to delivery attempts may be treated as Customer-Initiated RTO. Reshipping charges may apply.

Damaged, Missing or Wrong Product

If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, missing an item or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your Order ID and relevant photos/videos. An unboxing video may be required to verify damaged or missing-item claims.

Returns & Exchanges

Eligible returns must be sent back at the customer's shipping cost.

Your first approved size exchange is FREE for the replacement shipment.
