Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation.

For custom-made items, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Charges

We offer Standard (Free), Express (₹60), and Rush (₹100) shipping options—choose the speed that suits you best at checkout for a seamless delivery experience.

 

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Time

Delivery to metros and Tier 1 cities: 3-5 business days.

Delivery to other locations: 5-7 business days.

Delivery times may vary during holidays, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number.

Use the link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partner will make a maximum of two delivery attempts.

If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
