How can I place an order on Rebbel?

Simply visit www.iamrebbel.com, select your desired item, choose the correct size, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once the order is successfully placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 3 hours of placing them. Please contact us at support@iamrebbel.com as soon as possible with your order ID.

What are your shipping charges?

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. For faster delivery, you can opt for:

Express Shipping – ₹60

Rush Shipping – ₹100

What is your shipping time?

Domestic Orders: Delivered within 5-7 business days.


Please note that delivery times may vary during high-demand periods or unforeseen circumstances.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. Use this link to monitor your order's journey.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 7 days of delivery if it meets our return conditions. You must ship the item back to us at your own cost. A full refund will be processed after inspection.

How do I exchange an item for a different size?

Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery. You’ll need to send the product to us at your own expense. We will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you. Only one exchange is free.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and referring to the chart to select the best fit.

Are sale items eligible for return or exchange?

No. All items purchased on sale or during promotions are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What fabric do you use for your T-shirts?

Our products are made from export-quality, 100% breathable cotton, ranging from 200 to 260 GSM. All prints are made with skin-friendly inks.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or missing product?

We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the rare case of a damaged item or missing product, we are here to help resolve the issue promptly.

To process your request quickly and efficiently, please follow these steps:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement:

Before opening the package, record an unboxing video.

The video should clearly show:

The sealed outer packaging.

The unboxing process.

The product(s) inside the package.




2. Capture Issues in the Video:

If an item is damaged or missing, ensure the video captures the issue clearly.



3. Contact Us:

Email the unboxing video along with your order details to support@rebbel.com.

Describe the issue (e.g., damaged item, missing product) in your email.

For damaged items, we will offer a replacement or refund after reviewing the video evidence.

For missing products, we will ship the missing item at no additional cost or provide a refund if the item is no longer available.
